Hi Gregory, I am writing this email, because the Lord is already telling me for two days that I should do it. It is already two days in my heart to pray for you.
The Lord gave my Psalm 127 for you, so I share it with you. By experience I know that the Lord has a meaning with this, so I continue to pray that it may encourage you. I know and feel that God has great plans with you. When you were a while ago in “de Levensbron” (the Source of Life), I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit very strongly. I am so thankful that God led you through His Holy Spirit to the those people that needed prayer the most at that moment. When I was reading Psalm 127, verse 2 impressed me: ‘for while they sleep He provides for those He loves.’
That Sunday you blessed me and I remembered that I experienced something wonderful that very night. I woke up because of a powerful boost that went through my entire body and I heard a voice that made clear to me (it is difficult to find the words to describe) how powerful Jesus’ power is.
The reason I tell you all these things, is just that I know that the Lord will do many more things through you (also healings) and that you will need a lot of protection because of this. The Lord will give you this protection by means of people that will constantly pray for you. Do not be discouraged when you pray for someone to be healed and you not see immediate results.
Take me for example, I have had a severe torn muscle after a downfall. I attended a conference with big expectations because I have a strong believe that the lord does huge miracles still today. The preacher came the first evening to me and asked if he could pray for me. I know that during his prayer the power of the Spirit went through my leg (I did experience that), but I did not receive healing right away and it is still not there. At the moment the recovery process goes slow, but I have joy and I am thankful because I have so much time to read His Word. I feel a little bit connected to Job. I believe very strongly that everything will be ok, but that the Lord uses this period to bring me closer to him, to abide in Him en to taste His magnificence. God has the best for us and we may not forget that.
